Trader KJ hyped an “11k giveaway” — followers assumed $11,000.
Turns out… it wasn’t quite as it seemed. Winners waited over a month, and now X is calling it out.
Lesson: clarity > clout.
You should consider apologizing to the 10 people you had waiting for over a month, too scared to ask about their prizes.
When someone like yourself posts a giveaway like “10k giveaway! “11k giveaway” it creates an expectation whether or not you like it.
